i will show you how to get cortana in both lumia 520&525 1.go to settings>language>select English United States then it aks to download language download it 2.go to settings>select region>select United States then it asks restart.......dnt worry restart it 3.after restarting you can see in menu CORTANA.....open it 4.After opening CORTANA it will show you like this then go to settings 5.select speech language to English United States and downloads begin in phone updates

8103012e ERROR

When you install the application like whatsapp or facebook messenger or some other app in sd card and when update comes to these apps they will not update then they will show this error like 8103012e. Solution for this error is try to move the app from sd card to phone memory and it will update the application without no errors
